My daughter and I purchased a co-op on the upper West Side this past spring. We needed to do a total renovation. I am an interior designer based in Philadelphia, so am well versed in working with contractors. I relied on our real estate agent for recommendations as I am out of state. She suggested 3 contractors and we decided to go with Henry of Citi Skyline. I could tell from the first interview Henry is professional, calm, efficient and hardworking. Honesty though, I could not have anticipated how incredibly good he and his staff, particularly Agnes, are!!! We could not have navigated through all the required co-op requirements without them!! Fantastic and skilled work, fantastic and easy communication, reasonable pricing and all around excellent at what they do!! If there were more than five stars I would give more!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This was a full renovation of my NYC co-op. Henry and his team were efficient and prompt with completing the alteration agreement. If you have a co-op, you know management/boards can be very strict and demanding. Henry ensured every rule and guideline was followed to their satisfaction.
Henry was so easy to work with, listening to everything I wanted and executing it even better than I imagined. The work he and his team completed was truly beautiful. He gives you the freedom to choose what you want, essentially from any store/brand you want. I wasn’t restricted to only picking tiles, hardware, etc. from places he preselected, which I really appreciated because my style isn’t cookie-cutter. The work was flawless!
It’s also important to note that as soon as we received the green light from the board to begin, he began work right away. No delay. In fact, he finished the work TWO WEEKS ahead of schedule—I don’t think I’ve ever heard of a contractor pulling that off. It was truly impressive.

Henry and his team were exceptional. From the moment I contacted him until my apartment was finished, he was kind, respectful, timely, and thorough. I did a gut renovation of my two-bedroom apartment in Williamsburg. I feel very lucky because I’ve heard really upsetting stories from peers & friends about how painstaking their renovation process was. I didn’t experience this at all with Henry & City Skyline and I am so grateful.
Henry was really understanding when my building slowed the work. He made sure everything was up to code and safely installed. I can’t recommend this team enough and have shared his name with friends who want to embark on the difficult but fulfilling experience that is renovating their home!
