We renovate kitchens, bathrooms and full floors, update plumbing and electrical, and refinish or replace flooring, balancing modern living with the details that make a brownstone worth owning.
Because a townhouse is often your whole home and not just an apartment, we plan the sequence of work floor by floor where possible and keep you informed about what's happening and when.
Condos in Williamsburg, Greenpoint and Downtown Brooklyn
Brooklyn's newer condo buildings often have strict management rules: insurance certificates, elevator reservations, set working hours and approval of the scope before work begins. We provide COIs for our company and our subcontractors, follow each building's rules, and coordinate with management so a building-imposed pause doesn't turn into a stalled project.
